For the 2018 ISUOG World Congress in Singapore, GE Healthcare set a benchmark by providing a new way to inform and inspire visitors about the latest products and developments. GE Healthcare aimed to inform the audience about the Voluson product series, but also to get feedback about their customers’ interests, exchange ideas, and encourage networking.

Pre-Congress Setup via Wristbanditz Eventcloud

Following a personalized e-mail invitation, guests could pre-register via an event-microsite in the corporate design of the brand. Pre-registered guests received their wristband prior to the conference and had faster access to the event.

Voluson members received their NFC wristband at the accreditation stations at GE booth and lounge. Wristbanditz equipped product stations with mobile NFC reading devices. Also, sales staff scanned the NFC wristbands with reading devices to record the interests of potential new clients with a possibility to take a note about each lead. After the event, the client could download an analytics and lead generation report for better insight. Attendees, on the other hand, received an e-mail with specialized product information whenever their NFC wristband was scanned.

The visitors of Voluson Club Lounge could download white papers on various scientific topics on each experience station. By scanning their NFC wristbands, Voluson members could send the information directly to their e-mail inboxes. The highlight was an interactive quiz on the topic of Artificial Intelligence.
