Once a year StepStone summons all of its staff for an international „family meeting“ in Berlin. The extraordinary conference encourages the exchange of expertise, professional experience and stories, as well as it celebrates and awards special achievements.
With the implementation of the NFC wristband concept, the event organizers stayed in charge of the access situation of the guest crowd at all times and also triggered the activation of an internal competition that included a check-in swipe at an Innovation Gallery. The Innovation Gallery introduced new products from three different topics that were presented by exhibitors from 6 countries – New Business, Digital Marketing, and Innovation.
